This is a physical meeting at an agreed  date and time for a one on one consultation.

This is an indepth 1 hour consultation with me via google meet or zoom about a general subject related to fitness and perfomance.

I will make you a custom diet plan designed for you current self and optimized for your goals.This is followed up by a 30 minutes meet about the same.

I will make you a customized workout Routine optimized for your goals followed by a 30 minutes meet about the same.

We shall meet , physically or online and have an in-depth discussion about anything performance enhancement.
